What the Baseline leads to

One layer, five decisions.
Start with the one on your desk.

The Baseline leaves you with a labeled, calibrated record of what your customers need from you. Each module uses it to answer one decision your leadership team is facing. You pick the order, and the path usually runs two to three years.

The modules

Six to eight weeks each. The Baseline fee is credited in full toward the first.

How it’s priced, and how it’s judged

Each module is priced by scope: $45,000, $65,000 or $90,000, set by how many data sources, business units and teams the question involves. You'll know the tier before you decide.

The Baseline readout maps the path: the work AI can take on, the roles your people move into, and what each step is worth. Every dollar input comes from your finance and HR teams; the Baseline supplies only measured counts. Year-one savings and longer-term value are shown separately.

I recommend the path only if it returns at least five times what it costs. If the numbers don't clear that bar, the readout says so.

Ops: keep it current

From $6,000 a month

A layer that isn't refreshed goes stale in a quarter. Ops keeps it current: a monthly refresh of the modules you've bought, data quality checks, calibration against your team's judgment, and a quarterly executive readout.

Six-month minimum. A fuller tier adds a monthly readout and new questions each month.

Need something sooner?

If there's a fire that can't wait for a Baseline, a fast fix puts it out in two to four weeks. If there's no one leading the team, fractional leadership puts a senior leader in the seat with the method inside the role.

Talk it through: 30 minutes, no pitch.

Bring the decision on your desk. You'll leave knowing whether your data can answer it.
